Pizza Cook

We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in bakery or pizza making. All pizza, bread dough, and sauce is produced from scratch. In addition to these responsibilities basic prep, assisting line cook, cleaning, closing of station and restaurant expected.
We are an established family owned full service restaurant. Although we are small we are developing a great reputation and brand at Galati's. This is a great opportunity for an individual that has a passion for food and wants to learn how to make genuine Italian dishes. No microwave. All plates produced fresh with high quality ingredients. Current availability required, but subject to change, is 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tue - Sat.. Pay is negotiable and commensurate to experience. I am really looking for someone interested in a long term part time gig and I am willing to pay a very competitive wage for the right candidate.
