LPN - Full-time

Home Instead Senior Care is a private duty non-skilled Home Health Agency.  This position is a full-time supervisory position.  This individual conducts field visits with seniors in their homes to write or revise Care Plans, conduct Quality Assurance Visits, and support/coach Home Health Aides and CNAs to ensure that agency and state standards are attained.  This position requires you to work in the field independently, and also closely with our scheduling team in the office.  You must have a current license, a reliable vehicle, the ability to pass a Level II background, and MVR search, and a drug screen.  You should be comfortable with a computer.  There can be some flexibility with hours over the course of the week in order to meet your visit obligations.  We are looking for someone whose calling is to enhance the lives of seniors and their families.
