Customer Service Reps

Essential Job Functions:

• Answer inbound phone calls from current or prospective customers
• Provide assistance to customers regarding questions and concerns with service provided
• Transfer calls to correct staff or department when needed
• Place follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Enter data into the system

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience
• Ability to handle escalated calls in professional manner
• Excellent attendance
• Positive attitude
• Ability to type 35 WPM
