The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting weekly production schedule and directing the work flow of 20 employees.

Requirements
Must have supervisory experience in a production environment.
Computer skills including Excel, Outlook and MRP Software are required.
The production floor supervisor will ensure assembly production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
Must have strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to build morale in a team environment.
Experience improving efficiencies a plus (Lean, 5S etc...)
