Automation Personnel Services is a light industrial staffing company and growing at great speed. We have been in business for over 25 years and are looking for strong, self-motivated, and high-energy candidate. This position will oversee the daily operations of the office to include immediate supervision of staff; review and process payroll; conduct weekly audits of staff; conduct quality calls to clients. This position is a working manager that will also perform essential functions to include recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, and counseling employees. This position will report to the Branch Manager.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service and excellent communication skills to succeed in this fast paced environment. A willingness to meet and exceed set responsibilities.
Job Qualifications:
Three (3) years of staffing/recruiting experience
Must be able to work 40+ hours (Must be able to work long hours and be available for unexpected industry demands!
Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 50 wpm)
Must have reliable transportation
Outgoing personality and team player
Compensation:
30K-35K
Plus monthly bonus program
Excellent Benefit Package Includes:
Two weeks vacation
401K
Holiday pay
Medical insurance
Dental insurance
Sick pay
