Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Accounts Receivable Supervisor for company located in the Irvine CA area.

Pay to $18-21/hr, depending on experience. This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity. Company has benefit plan that is effective 90 days after hired on their payroll.

Responsibilities:
Supervises the Accounts Receivable and Billing departments and workflow
Oversee primary and secondary billing process
Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
Receive phone calls from collections and address accordingly
Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
Problem investigation, research, and resolution
Maintain records of performance and attendance
Oversee secondary Medicare/Medicaid billing processes
KPI reporting to management
Special Projects, as assigned

Requirements:
BA degree preferred, but not a must
5-7 years Medical/Healthcare industry experience with Min 3 years in Accounts Receivable; will consider A/P exp as well, as long as in the Medical/Healthcare industry
Must have min 3 years in a supervisory capacity - responsible for team member training, guidance, motivation, and problem resolution; able to foster team environment
Knowledge of MediCare Denial Codes is desired
Knowledge in HICN
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer Literate - Intermediate Excel and Word skills a must!
Accurate 10-key and Data Entry skills (min 5,000 kph)
Ability to multi-task
