Spartan is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Jacksonville, FL area.

 

Job Description

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be:

• Answering Customer Service calls and responding to incoming faxes
• Processing phone and fax orders as well as scheduling shipments
• Write Customer Glass purchase orders
• Communicate with Inventory/Scheduling Clerk and Production to meet the Customer needs
• Collect information on prospective Customers and promptly notify Sales Representatives
• Provide quotes to Customers in a timely manner
• Respond to Customer complaints in a timely, professional and friendly manner to resolve issues and promote Customer satisfaction

 

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized
• Self Motivated
• 2+ years of Customer experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Strong math and technical skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Order entry
• Explain how to use product, how to measure, how to install
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Engineering custom units outside of configuration software capabilities
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Rate:  $11.00-$12.00 per hour, Based on Experience;
Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity, Benefits are available

Shift/Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
