Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Machinist for a full-time employment opportunity with one of our valued clients out of Wausau. Qualified applicants must be proficient programming CNC's and have previous machining experience in a metal fabrication shop. Apply today, work tomorrow!
Job Responsibilities:
- sets up and operated difficult equipment; performing basic maintenance on equipment.
- lay out and perform simple machine operations form drawings or instructions
- build sample or prototype parts, constructs temporary tooling or fixuring
- Checks work using various inspection instruments and assists in debugging operating problems.
- Set up and may train other operators on equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year CNC programming experience
- Strong mathematical skills, with ability to complete a decimal tolerance test
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a metal fabrication shop with similar work experience
