Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet walk in customers
• Transfer calls to appropriate employees
• Assist with product ordering and data entry
• Assist with accurate record keeping
• Provide creative input on products
• Assist with product packaging, shipments, and deliveries
• Provide backup to sales and marketing teams when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a multi-tasking role
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• A take-charge, go-getter attitude and excellent motivation
• Ability to work with little direct supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to grow within the company
