About this job

Expo:

  • Correctly set up, maintains, and closes the Expo window
  • Monitors equipment in Expo area
  • Compare tickets to products to ensure special requests have been filled
  • Bag all takeout orders according to standard, including proper bagging techniques, use of takeout checklist, and proper pachaging
  • Monitor ticket times, product holding times, and make corrections to ensure food quality and assurance
  • Tray orders according to pivot point ordering
  • Facilitate and expedite the flow of food from the kitchen to the guests
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines
  • Become familiar with new menu items/dishes

Job Requirements-

  • Ability to follow specific service times and guidelines at all times
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment preferred
  • Work as a contributing member of a team and willing to help fellow team members as needed
  • Ability to be on feet for extended period of time
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs
