Spartan is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Jacksonville, FL area. Job Description As the Customer Service Representative you will be: • Answering customer service calls and responding to incoming faxes • Processing phone and fax orders, scheduling shipments • Write customer Glass purchase orders • Communicate with inventory/scheduling clerk and production to meet customer needs • Collect information on prospective customers and promptly notify Sales Representatives • Provide quotes to customers in a timely manner • Respond to customer complaints in a timely, professional and friendly manner to resolve issues and promote customer satisfaction • Job Requirements • Excellent communication skills Well organized • Self Motivated • 2+ years of customer experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong math and technical skills • Proficient computer skills • Accurate data entry skills • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Order entry • Explain how to use product, how to measure, how to install • Dealing with customer complaints • Engineering custom units outside of configuration software capabilities • High School Diploma or Equivalent Ideal Warehouse Associate Candidates • Experience • Committed to safety at all times • Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour BOE Temp to Hire Opportunity, Benefits available Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm How To Apply Email resume to: 7201-br@spartanstaffing.com Apply online at www.spartanstaffing.com Spartan is an equal opportunity employer.
