We are currently looking for an Office/Accounting Administrator. This position description is meant to provide an outline of the significant and critical tasks, is not considered a complete list, and may change based upon company operations work flow and Executive Management direction. Office Administration: Answering telephones, greets/places visitors to office Organizes meetings, oversees office contracts Writing, editing, and preparing electronic documents (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software) Processes corporate invoices for payment Maintains all corporate office equipment & service contracts, including bid process Insures offices are kept presentable, in order, and contractors perform while in office Sending faxes and scheduling conference calls Provides administrative services to executive management Accounting Information: Banking and reconciliations (Review third party payables) Accounts Payable & Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable Cash Management within Timberline software Audit/tax preparation and support of annual third party review Assist Managing Director of Finance, as needed GL Postings Authorizations - OAA has responsibility to perform HQ bank reconciliations which in turn are reviewed by the MD/Controller. Supports the CEO & President in organizing meetings and transcribing minutes, handling telephone calls etc. Data retention information & documentation General information support Information Technology Coordination Payroll processing. We are looking for someone who has experience in the real estate industry. Pay rate: $22.00 - $23.00 depending on experience. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.
