Maid Brigade of Arizona is searching for an upbeat customer service professional for our growing Phoenix office.  You will work with the Operations Manager and franchise owners to provide superior service to our existing customer base, achieve growth objectives for the business, and support our cleaning team in the field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer concern resolution
  • Business development through contact with prospective clients
  • Generating new client leads and effectively closing and converting those leads
  • Supporting the operations team to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Closing out the end of day activity

Skills desired include:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Experience with account development and customer retention
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Exemplary attendance history
  • Efficiency with time management and project management
  • Computer proficiency
