Position Description:
As a Tech Support Analyst you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels. Responsibilities may include email support, phone support, documentation, password reset assistance, as well as more advanced troubleshooting and support.

This is a technical and customer service role, dedication to excellent customer service and the ability communicate effectively are key areas of evaluation.
Positions in this function provide local technical support to Impact user community. Includes installations, upgrades, computing problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project implementation.
Positions in this function are responsible for direct customer service of non-insurance related products (i.e. Ingenix products). May provide technical expertise, problem triage, instructions or general non-sales customer support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Positions in this function provide local technical support to Impact user community. Includes installations, upgrades, computing problem resolution, diagnosis of issue severity, recovery and project implementation.
Positions in this function are responsible for direct customer service of non-insurance related products (i.e. Ingenix products). May provide technical expertise, problem triage, instructions or general non-sales customer support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve inbound technical calls as part of small team of analysts, professionally and with great attention to each customer.- Troubleshoot applications with the use of a Knowledge Base and follow through with issues until resolved
- Follow all escalation procedures
- Use remote control tool to assist end users when needed
- Provide an accurate record of each call in incident management tracking tool
- Demonstrate a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area and is often able to apply these outside of own function
- Act as a technical resource to others to resolve problems, issues, errors or related
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively identifies solutions
- Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
- Analyzes and investigates.
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.
Requirements
Requirements:
- HS diploma/GED
- 1+ Years experience supporting .Net applications
- 1+ Years experience with SQL and/or Oracle
- 1+ Years experience providing technical support to over 500 customers
- Healthcare experience
- SQL Server experience
- APS and/or ASP .Net experience
