Men's Tailored Associate - Base plus commission - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a great career assisting our customers with getting their suits tailored to meet their needs? Our Men’s Tailored Associate is a unique position, where our associates work with customers to ensure their suits are fitted to their style.

Join our Men’s Tailored team as they maintain and build a clientele list for our suit department. This position has knowledge of our vendors and available merchandise, and is able to build sales, while enhancing the level of customer service. A successful associate will assist customers with selecting merchandise to fit their style, color and size. This person will ensure the merchandise is priced accurately and take necessary action to obtain merchandise desired by the customer. This is a commissioned position so this person is responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales per hour standard for the Men’s Tailored department.

We’ll value your:

• Previous men’s tailored experience, preferred
• Previous experience with building and maintaining a clientele lists
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong aptitude in customer service and selling techniques

This is a base plus commission position. Hours can be flexible based on the associate schedule and the store need; schedules generally include mostly evenings and weekends.
