Position Description:




The
Senior Enrollment Quality Audit Representative will be responsible for
all aspects of quality assurance within the Enrollment & Employer
Installation division. The Representative performs audits and provides
feedback to diminish errors and advance processes and performance. When

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute audits on enrollment forms submitted by customers
  • Analyze, identify trends, and provide reports as necessary
  • Create, maintain and track reports in relation to performance
  • Complete quality review of new and changed benefit plans and set-up for accuracy
  • Document work performed and audit results based on pre-determined standards and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned


This position can be located in either Wausau, WI or Cypress, CA.  This is NOT a telecommute position.

Requirements


Requirements:
  • An
    education level of at least an Associate's degree OR high school
    diploma/ GED with 2+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management retail
    pharmacy experience
  • Experience with audit and business process improvement (Six Sigma, Internal Audit)
  • 1+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management or retail pharmacy experience
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Working Hours 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Assets:
  • 1+ years of RxClaims (by SXC) experience
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Frequent
    speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/ fingers
    across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods
    working at a computer
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
