Use your Sharp Business Skills to assist in end-to-end business process activities by creating, controlling and improving business processes by assisting in process design, project implementation for improvement activities, diagnosing process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Also assists in quality reporting, analysis, audits, developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.


 


This position will assist the manager with daily production monitoring as well as project work. Will be the SME for bank processes and Project Manager for inter departmental projects.  Will represent the bank in other larger projects.  Will conduct meetings with team members on other teams to document requirements for changes. Will  report metrics on card usage.  Will suggest improvements to enhance a sequel database system and design better processes. Will review data for card usage and transactions being made and report to other teams.


 


OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN WEST VALLEY CITY, UT.

Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field.


-2+ year of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis.


-1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.


-Skilled at problem solving, follow-through and resolution.


-Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).


-Visio experience a plus.


-Knowledge of Sequel a plus.


-Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.


-Six Sigma or Green Belt certification a plus.
