About this job

General Responsabilities include:

  • Develop and manage appropriate financial tools including budgets and revenue forecasting.
  • Maintain Operating Budget.
  • Develop relationships with client controllers and finance teams.
  • Set-Up and configure Stafftrack.net to manage the day to day operations of the site.
  • Train on-site personel in the use of all administrative applications and systems.
  • Development of performance incentive programs to help meet operational goals.
  • Provide support to our field offices.
  • Weekly report analysis to ensure accurancy of data entry.
  • Weekly reporting package, performance management and other client specific reports.
  • Maintain and report employees hours worked to our payroll department for processing.
  • Coordinate error reports and research to identify the root cause and take action in order to improve process.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on late projects.
  • Other special one-off and adhoc projects.

Specific Roles include:

Payroll & Invoicing, Manuel check requests, Janitorial hour tracking, Service Team TA, AR1's, Change and Correct Forms, W2 Resends, WO creation, Weekly Newsletters, Payroll Check-In, Peoplesoft Terminations/Activations, Peoplesoft Active Roster Management and Auditing, Tickets for placing vendors/coaches/janitors into Peoplesoft through the ERC, Reporting Packages, Adhoc reports for clients or leadership, Daily update to the SAM's during peak, Daily Bubble Report, Performance Management Report, 1200 Hour Report, Order fill Status Report, Pending Analysis, FFD Management, Weekly Summary, Additional Non-Peak roles, SOP-Creation and Updates, Think Training Course Creation, Executive Review information tracked.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.
  • Excellent Computer Skills preferred (MS Office, Excel, PPT, and Word).
  • Accounting background preferred.
  • Great understanding of payroll concepts and procedures.
  • Data analyzing experience.
  • Detail oriented required.
  • Flexibility.
  • Organizational skills required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required for client interaction and training purposes.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Finance management including budgets, forecasting, expense management experience is a plus.
  • Some travel is required.
