Car Outlet is a retail based organization located throughout Chicagoland. Our organization has several lines of business that work primarily with the Latino community. We are looking for professionals that are looking to join our winning team!
Due to continued growth, we currently have an opening for a Cashier at our Elgin location.
Job Duties:
Post payments to customer car accounts, insurance accounts, and or any other accounts associated with the company
Accept all forms of payments, cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, according to company procedures
Count money, give change, and issue receipts
Communicates with customers in English or Spanish
Sort and post all payments received by mail
Maintain a specified amount of change in cash drawer, and balance drawer on a daily basis
Requirements:
The ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish is required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
2 - 4 years of cash handling experience is required
Moderate level of experience with window based computer programs is desired
Ability to work well with others
Outstanding customer service
Strong multi tasking and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
