Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays.
- Must be at least 18 or old.
- Must have some experience.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines is looking to hire a catering coordinator. The Catering Coordinator will work within operations of a single restaurant, preparing food selections, executing catering orders and providing great experiences to all catering clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Confirm and prioritize catering orders to ensure that all items are prepared accurately and on a timely basis
-Work with Sales Manager to build awareness and new catering
-Understand all catering menu items offered and accurately answer questions about menu items in regard to preparation method, ingredients, portion size, and side items
-Work in conjunction with Manager on Duty to organize and execute delivery schedule for daily catering orders -Conduct confirmation calls with catering customers the day of delivery
-Conduct follow up phone calls weekly to ensure guest satisfaction -Assist in generating in-store catering sales through suggestive selling, table touches, register interaction, and distributing catering marketing materials
-Assist with building catering sales by calling on local businesses and organizations via phone, e-mail, mailings, canvassing, door-to-door visits, and networking
Requirements: -At least 1 year of restaurant operations experience, preferably in catering -Some sales experience -Exhibit a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication, oral and written skills -Exceptional and organization skills and attention to detail -Must be driven, self-motivated, and dedicated to increasing profit
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending and lifting are required
-Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction -Provide a valid Driver's License and favorable driving record -Provide proof of automobile insurance
-Knowledge of the delivery area is required -Ability to read a map and locate addresses
-Reliable cell phone is required
-Must be 18 years of age
