One of our top clients in Greensboro NC has several openings for a Customer Service Representative in their Bankruptcy department. The loan services specialist will be responsible for providing customer service to both inbound and outbound calls. The responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with bankruptcy accounts with customer service issues. Successful Candidates enjoy finding solutions to complicated issues and building lasting relationships with customers. Accurate data entry skills are important for this position.
Working hours: Schedules 8-5 AND 9-6
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
Experience with outlook
Accurate data entry skills
Mortgage experience
Knowledge of bankruptcy helpful
