Job Description:
-This is a performance based position with an uncapped Income potential opportunity for you and your family.
-Selling Mass Mutual products specifically Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Financial Planning and Investment Products
-Manages a portfolio of clients with responsibility to deepen, retain, and improve the profitability of those relationships
-Actively engages in outbound calling. Leverages lead sources to supplement weekly outreach efforts.
-Conducts appointments and engages in conversations following a prescribed sales process designed to effectively uncover customer needs and provide relevant customer solutions.
-Reviews clients needs to pro-actively recommend and sell Insurance products and/or Financial services
-Actively engages in outreach efforts focused on acquiring new business in key markets
-Takes personal ownership of providing quality customer service by handling telephone and in inquiries which exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Life and Health license is required
Series 6 and 63 preferred, but not required. (company will pay for license)
Financial Services background
Minimum 3 years Sales and Relationship Management experience.
Compensation:
Commissions only / With the opportunity to get a bonus in your first 3 years.
