Job Description:
Your personality is the first thing our clients will notice when they step into one of our clinics. Outgoing, well- spoken, friendly associates make all of the difference in the world in the massage industry. First impressions are obviously the most important and we want you to help make a great one on all of our clients! We are looking for sales associates who bring energy and focus every day to work. Our sales associates are driven, goal-oriented individuals with a knack for accentuating the positives and overcoming objections. They also are knowledgeable, well-trained people who know how to adapt to constant change and tailor sales to an individual's needs.
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales expectations set by Massage Envy on a monthly basis
* Keep current with competitors sales methods and promotions in an effort to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage
* Utilize Company selling methods to discover prospective buyer's needs, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections
* Remain educated on both company policy and industry standards in an effort to be able to overcome objections from potential clients
* Find avenues to generate a referral business in an effort to continually grow the client base
Qualifications
* Ability to succeed in a quota based and performance driven environment
* Must have sales experience. Prior membership sales is mandatory.
* Candidate must be a sales professional with strong presentation, and closing skills.
* Candidate must be passionate about the massage therapy field.
* An outgoing personality with the capability to quickly build a rapport with prospective clients.
* Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on
membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures.
* Ability to deflect objections and offer plausible solutions to whatever objection may arise
* A team attitude with the clinic's best interest always at the forefront of all efforts
* Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Benefits:
* Hourly wage plus commission and bonuses. Pay between $15-$22 hourly
* Medical, dental, vision and 401K offered at participating
locations.
