Financial Analyst - Operations Professional - Full-time / Part-time

Excellent opportunity for current Finance students or recent grads! Immediate opening for full or part time Financial Analyst/Operations Professional at ManpowerGroup World Headquarters. The Operations Professional provide operational support to for the Gov sector and commercial clients. Provide support with misc administrative tasks which includes general office assistance, as well as specific duties associated with the recruiting, on-boarding and daily operational processes for managing consultants/contractors XLOB. Uses several systems, databases and on-line resources in the completion of tasks. Provides support in creating and maintaining reports for the Gov business and workforce solutions * Creating and/or maintaining slides, graphs and spreadsheets. Payroll/Finance Administration and Support * Reporting analysis * Pulling & analyzing data * Input/process payroll for consultants and handle other payroll issues such as per diem, expenses, stop pays, moneygrams, no pay, etc. * Input/track direct deposits, tax forms, garnishment, benefits, etc into appropriate systems. * Serve as a liaison between internal billing department, payroll processing center and client resolving issues on AR/AP, invoices, labor hours, special compensation and incentives. Required Skills: * Intermediate business writing and oral communication skills. * Intermediate or Advanced ability with software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook * Demonstrated ability to provide positive customer service experiences. * Demonstrated ability in maintaining sensitive and confidential information. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Intermediate Financial and/or business reporting experience Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under minimal supervision. Government business background and/or contracting experience preferred Education/Experience: * Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Bachelors Degree preferred. * 3-5 years financial and operational experience.
