Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a weekend on call supervisor for the Omaha Metro Franchise Office. The candidate must possess effective organization and communication skills, be detail oriented and be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. The candidate must also possess good decision making skills in a crisis or emergency situation.
The Weekend On Call Supervisor is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties. The Weekend Supervisor is expected to work closely with the daytime staff in order to provide the highest quality service to clients and CAREGivers during the off peak hours. There is a potential for a large volume of calls at any given time.
