Description



JobDuties:
  • Provides day-to-day front line customer service support in fast-paced work environment
  • Ensures compliance to all applicable policies and procedures
  • Assists customers with coordinating event logistics (including but not limited to securing event locations, ordering catering, scheduling trainers, processing appropriate compliance documentation, setting up registration sites, etc.)
  • Responds to routine inquiries from customers regarding fulfillment of requests
  • Resolves problems and complaints according to established guidelines
  • Provides front-line customer service via email, over telephone, and at times in-person, ensuring prompt and efficient service for the customers
  • Performs duties associated with a service center of operations (resolution of customer concerns, fulfillment of event requests, follow-up of required information, and retrieval of post event data)
  • Monitors and responds to emails and telephone calls from internal customers and team related to the service desk
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls and prepare meeting materials, as necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Ability to identify and evaluate customer inquiries and problems and determine the appropriate actions
  • Ability to operate personal computer and related software for business applications
  • Ability to operate standard office machinery
  • Knowledgeable in general Excel and Word Capabilities
  • Must be organized and customer service based
  • One year related clerical or customer service work experience preferred
