The Senior Recovery Resolution Representative is responsible for credit balance identification, prevention, and recovery on behalf of 1,200 insurance companies at our provider client sites. This position is salary based with incentives based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Provide expertise in credit balance adjudication by reviewing, researching, and resolving all types of accounts as well as providing resolution outcomes for health plans, commercial customers and government entities

  • Establish professional working relationships to ensure operational efficiency

  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions

  • Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established production goals or quotas in a fast pace and ever changing environment

  • Accounts receivable follow up

  • Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary

  • Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance

Requirements

Requirements:



  • An education level of at least a Bachelor's degree

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel required (i.e. sorting, summing, creating bar graphs, formulas) 

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time 
Assets:



  • Healthcare finance experience with a focus in auditing and/ or analysis 

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience 

  • Accounting/ claims experience 

  • Claims/ payer knowledge with government and commercial platforms
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:



  • Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse
