Overview:

TheRestaurant Dish Associate is responsible to clean and maintain an adequate supply of dishware, cookware and utensils in one of our Macy's restaurants.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Follow Food Division Best Practices.
  • Wash and distribute dishes, cookware and utensils.
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation supply levels and machine performance in accordance with Health Department Standards.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor, and dispose of trash.
  • Follow station specific duties and responsibilities.
  • Open and/or close areaby following the appropriate checklist;verify completion with Manager on Duty.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code to comply with Food Division and Health Department standards.
  • Maintain safe work area at all times.
  • Assist other associates to ensure all kitchen duties are completed and customer service standards are maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
