$45,000 - 50,000, depending on experience.
Production Manager needs a solid, team-oriented right-hand person to help run printing production operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- First and foremost, must have strong leadership skills that cultivate a team-oriented culture, practicing MUTUAL RESPECT with all levels of employees.
- Strong manufacturing management experience (5-7 years minimum experience), preferrably in multiple roles.
- Understanding of deadlines, and ability to lead a team of supervisors and team leads to meet those deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid computer skills; able to learn new program/application quickly.
- Ability to prioritize issues, allocate resources and solve problems.
- Ability to work "for" supervisors and employees, helping them to be as effective as possible - while also maintaining accountability.
This is a 3 shift operation, so you will occasionally be required to spend time working with all 3 shift supervisors/teams.
