To qualify as a Restaurant Manager, you need to have:

• Two years of management experience in a restaurant or retail organization
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to build and maintain guest satisfaction, successfully manage a budget and positively impact financial results
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety standards
• A real dedication to exceptional guest service
