We currently have the following position available:

DISTRIBUTION CENTER MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday 5:45pm - 4:15am

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff.


• Develops, counsels, motivates and resolves associate relations issues and conducts performance appraisals and monitors performance of maintenance associates.


• Maintains efficiency and safety of all equipment. Monitors the daily operation and directs action as required.


• Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoots equipment and does preventative maintenance.


• Coordinates with the managers and supervisors to establish priorities and schedules the workload to satisfy production needs.


• Coordinates with local contractors and vendors for equipment and services as required.


• Orders parts and equipment and obtains services for repairs and maintenance of the facility's equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.


• 3-5 years experience working with conveyor systems and powered equipment in a distribution or manufacturing environment.


• Must have general knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, water systems, building repairs and housekeeping procedures.


• Strong knowledge of building codes, trade standards and general practices within the maintenance field.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High School diploma required.
