PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Lewisville based client in search of an accounts payable specialist.
This accounts payable specialist will be responsible for vendor management, AP invoice processing and payment.
- Code and allocate invoices, ensuring 3 way match is complete
- Process wire transfers, expense reports, and check requests
- Review and process external and internal invoices
Requirements:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
- Exposure to Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or other large accounting software
- 2-5 years experience in Accounts Payable working with vendors and invoice entry
