Spartan Staffing is currently hiring several experienced Retail Beauty Specialist in Carolina Puerto Rico. Great opportunity for someone with retail experience! These are temp-to-hire positions!

Job Description: Selected individuals will be responsible for promoting store merchandise to national and international travelers at the airport in Isla Verde.

Pay Rate: $7.25/hour

Shift/Hours: Work available 7 days a week – 3 shifts, holidays and overtime required – 40 hours per week



Job Requirements:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Retail sales experience a must
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with dynamic work environment
• Ensure highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals
• Inquire about the customer's interest and motivate the customer's interest by offering a product demonstration
• Discover the customers' needs with probing questions
• Executes all merchandise presentation directives and standards
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends and holidays and rotating shifts
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
