Spartan Staffing is currently hiring a Rental Car Manager Trainee in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Outstanding opportunity – this is a Direct Hire position!



Job Description: Individual will be responsible for greeting customers and discussing type of rental car requirements with them to include insurance coverage.


Pay Rate: $10.70/hour!
Shift/Hours: Available to work 7 days a week – 40 hours per week – flexible to work several shifts


Job Requirements:

• Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments.
• Answer telephones to provide information and receive orders.
• Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description.
• Rent items, arrange for provision of services to customers and accept returns.
• Inspect and adjust rental items to meet needs of customer.
• Explain rental fees, policies and procedures.
• Prepare rental forms, obtaining customer signature and other information, such as required licenses.
• Keep records of transactions, and of the number of customers entering an establishment.
• Reserve items for requested times and keep records of items rented.
• Must have valid Puerto Rico Driver's License
• Must have prior customer service experience
• Record Choferil
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) with great initiative
• Highly motivated with the ability to interact with the public
