Project Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

JOB DUTIES:

• Supporting the Project Management department by sourcing and purchasing printed graphics
• Driving multiple projects from the design planning phase through material sourcing, manufacturing, shipping and installation
• Maintaining information in the MRP system and Excel spreadsheets
• Successfully meeting changing customer needs and maintaining constant follow up on all details and changes
• Collaborating with all departments, customers, vendors and general contractors to develop specialized custom store fixtures
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• MRP/ERP experience in a custom manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
• Experience and understanding of graphics and printing industry
• Experience with buying of printed graphics
• Successful Customer Support and Project Coordinator experience in a custom manufacturing environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Proficient computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail and calendar
• Must have a positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills
• Works well independently, on a team and with diverse groups
• Self-starter with resourceful initiative
• Quick learner with strong desire to learn and expand knowledge and experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible and thrives in dynamic and changing environment
• Project Management Certificate

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:  $17.00 - $21.00 / hour DOE
