About this job
Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone, to solicit payment. Duties include receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account; preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to respond; keeping records of collection and status of accounts. Applicants should be able to type 40 wpm and Pass a Customer Service Test, Drug Test and Criminal Background Check required. Flexible availability. Two days a week 12 pm to 9 pm and 3 days a week 8 am to 5 pm Every other Saturday 8 am - 12pm and during tax season (January- April) Employees will work every Saturday from 8 am till 12 pm. Temp to Hire position $8.25 per hour.
