DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities: *Ongoing review and optimization of organization's web pages - product pages, home pages, category pages and custom content. Activities will include reviewing web copy, images, videos, PDFs, specs, filters and general web design and recommending and enacting improvements *Utilizing web analytics to measure all web site content against accepted bench marks of performance, reviewing and reporting on successes and weaknesses and recommending changes *Identify opportunities for ad-hoc digital marketing campaigns through banner ads, PPC or SEO efforts. *Managing the bid structure, product selection and product displaying for retargeting and shopping engine channels *Weekly reporting of marketing channels results against agreed upon KPI's *Recommendation and implementations of website element and design testing *Engage and communicate to other departments regarding each unique digital marketing campaign Minimum Requirements: *Bachelor's degree *Prior experience in the B2B market *5 + years of experience in the current digital marketing environment *Continuous experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.) *Continuous experience with website optimization software *Magento software experience preferred *Proven track record of improving ROI through testing and measurements The company is not sponsorsing at this time.
