To give the store Manager much needed assistance in day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
Improve performance of the team by constant follow up and helpful and constructive criticism.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service by offering helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs. This includes maintaining stock, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge and maintaining safety, security and integrity. Our structured training program ensures our new employees become proficient at performing all store services including mixing paint, cutting glass and keys.
Requirements
- Helpful customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous retail experience is a plus but will train the right candidates
