Material Handlers-All Shifts

Remedy Intelligent Staffing of Beaver Dam is seeking candidates for a material handler position. Qualified candidates must have forklift experience. If interested, click "APPLY NOW" to fill out an online application and be considered for employment.

Responsibilities :
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Load and unload ship cargo, using winches or other hoisting devices.
• Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
• Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use.

Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age
•Good work history with favorable references
•Good attendance and punctuality
•Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time
•Must have significant forklift experience and/or certification
