About this job
Reads and follows operating instructions to setup, operate, and shutdown pressing operations
Operate a variety of equipment: Press, Balance, Computer software, Drop Indicator, Tiger Vacuum, Vacuum Ovens
Change press tools setups as required per written work instructions
Adjust press parameters as necessary to produce quality product within specifications and limits
Complete paperwork (flow tags, work orders) for product lot traceability
Assist in training and supporting team members as required
Perform daily press cleanup
This is for a 2nd shift, which will transition to the 3rd shift. 2nd Shift hours are 11: 45am-7: 45pm, the pay is $12.50 per hour
3rd shift is 7: 30pm-4am and the pay for those hours are $13 per hour
Maintain 5S standards throughout the designated work area
Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards encountered
Special skills include reading comprehension skills and basic math skills, high degree of attention to detail and High School Diploma or equivalent
