We are looking for passionate runners to help fulfill our vision of providing the Boston running community with the best equipment, footwear and services. We are currently searching for Part-Time Sales Associates to assist us with this goal.
True Runner offers the best brands in the category including Asics, Brooks, Mizuno, Saucony, and Nike. We also offer in depth services to help you achieve your own personal goals like arch & gait analysis to fit you for the right shoe.
We know running can also be a social event too! That's why True Runner hosts fun runs, new product demonstrations, and other interactive events to engage our customers.
So are you ready to be part of our team?Duties:· Drive sales through in-store customer service and community involvement at local market races to promote True Runner as a destination shop for running enthusiasts · Provide technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to other associates and customers on all footwear merchandise with a focus on merchandise geared towards runners · Organize and display merchandise to company standards· Ensure compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures
· Fulfill the company defined customer experienceSkills:
· Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evening, weekends, and holidays · Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to others Experience:
