Immediate opening for CSR/collections representatives in Gulfport, Ms
Hours:
- Will work 6 days from 8am - 5pm,. Must be available to work weekends
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be contacting customers that have balances that are 5-60 days delinquent in attempt to collect payment and/or set up payment arrangementJob Requirements
--At least 1 year of customer service experience required (call center experience a plus!)
--Must be comfortable with setting up payment plans and asking for payment
--Must be familiar with vehicle repossession practices
--Dedicated and dependable with stable work history
--High School Diploma or equivalent required
--Must be willing to consent to background check and drug test
