A Financial Management firm is experiencing explosive growth and is in need of a Chief Administrative Officer who will assume responsibility for maintaining and elevating the existing client care culture of the firm, as well as the day-to-day operations. Looking for a dynamic, energetic , highly polished ‘jack of all trades’. Looking for someone who is very professional, detail-obsessed; a go-getter and a self-starter. Financial Services industry experience a huge plus! Four-year degree required. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of operations and customer service experience. Direct-Hire position paying $45,000-$60,000 annually, depending on qualifications.

Job Duties:
  • Assist clients with day-to-day needs and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in development of tracking system to ensure best possible client experience and offer suggestions for improving client experience.
  • Handle all day-to-day operations:


  • Day-to-day liaison with firm custodian (Charles Schwab) and social media manager.

  • Clean up and manage the document management system.

  • Keep advisor organized, schedule and confirm appointments, data entry into CRM software. Assist in the CRM conversion from a desktop-based system to a cloud-based system.

  • Handle all meeting preparation and anticipate needs of advisor and clients.
    • Manage advisor’s email and assume responsibility for those in your expertise
    • Assist in the development of processes and procedures
    • Manage two summer interns
    • As skills are developed, assist in long range business development and planning.
    • Keep the company website up to date and fresh with direction from firm owner. Organize and manage company events
