Summary: As an IT Project Manager within the Compliance Domain of the EPMO team you will be accountable for project management activities associated with the Healthcare Reform agenda. This role will be involved in the program operations and implementation readiness across the entire Healthcare Reform (HCR) program. This is a visible role which will interface with a variety of business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities:
Engaging in program operations and implementation readiness activities
Taking a leadership role with respect to aspects of the Operations capabilities for the HCR program
Serving as the IT point person to facilitate change controls/change management agenda
Organizing, coordinating and executing program status reporting
Coordinating program estimation processes
Instituting milestone tracking across the program
Ensuring proper alignment, integration and visibility across all stakeholders
Maintaining visibility on day-to-day activities with program teams AND ensuring sufficient face-time with key stakeholders
Mitigating risks and addressing program / project obstacles as needed

Requirements

5 + years of IT program/project management experiences
Strong drive, sense of urgency and perseverance
Demonstrated success leading IT programs/projects with matrixed teams
Proven success leading IT application delivery programs with $4M + budgets
Knowledge of the entire SDLC
Demonstrated cross-application project planning and execution skills
Prior experiences with large-scale change management processes and program status reporting
Successful track record of delivering programs/projects on scope, on time, on budget, on quality and on benefit
Experience leading programs/projects with complexity and visibility
Proven ability to get into the details of projects in order to drive them to fruition
Well-honed communication, facilitation and relationship management skills
Demonstrated flexibility to change based on business need / opportunity
Proven calm under pressure
Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Must be able to work in Minneapolis or Phoenix office

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Healthcare Industry experience
Experience with Planview and/or Clarity
