Our Customer Service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming Provider and Enrollee calls.
  • Resolve Customer Service inquiries which could include:
    • Enter notifications and Provider's status of an existing notification and determine if notification is required.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to both Providers and Enrollees.
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance.
  • Assist with faxes and emails.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an Office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job duties.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Clerical or Administrator role.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including the ability to use Word for documentation, creating documents, & editing documents, etc.; Excel for editing and working within spreadsheets; and utilization of Outlook email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Hospital, Physician, or Medical/Clinical experience.
  • Medicare and/or Medicaid experience.
  • Coding (ICD-9 or CPT) experience.
  • 6+ months of Healthcare/Insurance Benefits experience is strongly desired.
  • 6+ months of high volume Call Center experience.
