Optum is currently staffing for a Quality Data Analyst in Boise, ID. The Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

Provides data analytics assistance to Quality Improvement Director and assists Systems Director in analysis of operational performance measures

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  
  BA/BS in Business, Finance, or other related majors


• 
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality audit review and analysis in a health care setting OR managed care organization


• 
  
  Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Preferred Assets:

• 
  
  Directly related experience in conducting business studies and recommending solutions


• 
  
  Knowledge of Quality Improvement philosophy and techniques would be desirable.


• 
  
  Experience in mainframe applications and/or statistical applications.


• 
  
  Willingness to learn aspects of data queries used throughout our enterprise system to support daily operations.
