The Home Instead Senior Care Bookkeeper will work in a fast pace office environment.  The job requires a person that is detailed, accurate and can multi-task, and is reliable.  The job requires billing, payroll and collections functions.  Interactions with clients and caregivers via the phone.  Customer Service experience and skills are a must.  Proprietary software is used along with online Office Alley and form 1500 submittals. You will track daily payroll functions and create accurate invoices (2) times per month.  You will also collect payments and submit those payments in QuickBooks Software.   Some weekend and after hours work is required.
