Pet Care Staff Member - Full-time / Part-time

Overall Responsibility
Perform day-to-day tasks as required including, but not limited to, directly working with customers, customers' pets, selling All Critter Care services, maintaining facilities, and performing tasks that support ongoing operations.

Requirements and Responsibilities
*Provide all pet care services as specified in accordance with All Critter Care standards of operation
*Assist in care of boarding pets and maintenance of facilities
*Monitor condition of customer pets and escalate concerns as necessary
*Assist in promotion of All Critter Care services and products
*Help to maintain a clean and orderly workplace
*Perform drug administration, feedings, and other responsibilities in a timely manner
*Internally recommend products, services, and processes that will add value and further distinction to All Critter Care
*Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership, team members, and customers

Qualifications
*Must be able demonstrate a strict work ethic
*Must be outgoing and have the ability to quickly gain the trust of others
*Must be able to exert a consistently high-level of energy to engage pets throughout shifts
*Must be detail oriented and be able to comprehend and execute instruction fully and completely
*Must be able to lift a dog of up to 50lbs
*Must have exceptional communication skills
*Must be presentable to high caliber clients
*Ideal candidate will have professional and/or practical experience in a pet care field
*Candidate shall be flexible in duties performed, hours of operation, and in understanding of frequent change to schedules
*Must be able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take initiative to resolve issues
*Ability to adapt to frequent organizational and procedural changes
*Must be able to pass a criminal background check
*Must be able to work weekends and some holiday shifts!
