Who We Are Looking For:

We're looking for an accomplished sales professional who thrives on driving new business through the entire sales cycle. As our Outside Sales Representative you will identify new leads, transform those leads into promising prospects, and ultimately convert them into satisfied clients. You'll be driving sales success from lead generation, through deal progression and through to the closure of new business.

As an Outside Sales Representative You Will:

Build relationships with clients and prospects

Prospect and sell, and close business on a regular basis

Meet sales goals and work to exceed sales quotas

Coordinate with Headway staff to see all sales through to completion

Excellent customer service is the foundation for our success.

Someone Successful in This Role Possesses…

College degree strongly preferred; Associates Degree + Strong Business experience acceptable

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

B2B sales experience, preferably in Staffing or Human Capital industry

Experience selling a service or solution; experience selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or Vender On Premise (VOP) solutions is a plus
