Description:
Performs order processing using established Charles Luck procedures to provide world class customer service. Continual self-improvement and development of customer service skills is required. Also responsible for scheduling and dispatching orders to customer sites to meet customer needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
10% of Job: Build relationships with key customers to gain better understanding of current and future needs. Update customer profiles as necessary.
30% of Job: Order and dispatch management: Reviewing, correcting, evaluating and scheduling customer order using the delivery order process.
60% of Job: Process orders (tickets) in Powercerv with an eye towards efficiently collecting trade customer & retail payments and providing world-class customer service.
